Диск-гольф (также фрисби-гольф, англ. Disc golf) - индивидуальный вид спорта с диском, где игроки соревнуясь, пытаются пройти отрезки, за наименьшее количество бросков диска (от стартовой точки - «ти» в мишени / корзины, сделав наименьшее количество бросков, каждый следующий бросок выполняется с места остановки диска)
Диск-гольф в отличие от классического гольфа доступный и демократичный вид спорта. Определенные требования к форме одежды нет, для начала игроку достаточно пары дисков, чтобы начать играть.
